Manually Import MBOX to Outlook using Eudora email client

In manual way, the user has to install Eudora in the local system or Window OS. Because Microsoft Outlook has an option to import MBOX file into Outlook.
After installing and configuring Eudora, copy and paste MBOX file into the mailbox location of Eudora.
Now change file format like this – filename.mbox == filename.mbx (Because of the family format, they tend to have a similar email structure so do the same.)
Phase 2: Run Microsoft Outlook and click on file tab then select import-export tool option.
Select "Import internet mail and address" from the list and click on Next.
Now select Eudora (2x, 3x, & 4x) light and pro option from the list then Next
Browse the Eudora file location and enable "Do not skip duplicate item" then Next.
Save the destination folder to store Eudora data and click on finish button.

Note 2: This method is only work on older version of MS Outlook like 2007 so for the new version you can use Method 2.

Method 2: Import MBOX into Gmail

If you have an MBOX file from an email client, set up an account in it with Gmail or any other online email client using the IMAP protocol.
Create a new folder under the MBOX Gmail account in the email client and drag all the emails into it.
By following the above steps your setup is complete and your MBOX file is imported into Gmail automatically.
Phase 2: Open MBOX in Outlook
After completing phase your can easily open MBOX file in Outlook by setup an account with the same Gmail account.
